Scholarships

Saint Alphonsus offers scholarships to current professionals who might not otherwise be able to attend the Ski & Mountain Trauma Conference. Scholarships are based on the appropriateness of the educational opportunity related to the applicant's job, financial need and contributions of the applicant to his or her community. Scholarships may be awarded to cover the cost of attending the conference, additionally; we will be offering a limited number of scholarships that include conference registration as well as two nights hotel stay. All applicants will be considered for both offerings. 

Required Application Criteria

• Complete Scholarship Application including an explanation of financial need
• Two letters of recommendation - 1 from applicant's supervisor; 1 - from a professional contact,  letters should address job responsibilities and professional contribution

Deadline for Submission: Applications will be reviewed upon receipt.  You will be notified within a few weeks.  The last date for submission for review is September 15.  Please send your completed application to bohsskimtntrauma@saintalphonsus.org
