Upon completion of Session 1, participants will have:

    • Increased knowledge regarding the recent clinical data on emerging and novel pharmacologic therapies for mood disorders
    • Greater competence related to the clinical management of patients with MDD experiencing comorbid conditions
    • Greater competence in identifying depressive episodes related to MDD versus bipolar depression
    • Greater confidence in their ability to incorporate interprofessional strategies into MDD and bipolar spectrum care

Upon completion of Session 2, participants will have:

    • Greater competence related to the selection of treatments for the clinical management of insomnia
    • Increased knowledge regarding the recognition of signs and symptoms associated with narcolepsy
    • Increased knowledge regarding the relationship between sleep disorders and psychiatric disorders

Upon completion of Session 3, participants will have:

    • Greater competence related to the appropriate selection of treatment for patients with psychosis related to Parkinson’s disease
    • Increased knowledge regarding the symptoms of psychosis in patients with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia
    • Increased knowledge on treatment impact on cognitive function and cognitive dysfunction related to psychiatric conditions

    • Increased knowledge regarding the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the prevalence of and risks for behavioral health disorders in pediatric patients
    • Increased knowledge regarding the recent clinical data on emerging and novel interventions for ADHD
    • Greater competence related to implementing best practices in pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic management of OCD in adolescent patients
    • Increased knowledge regarding the recent clinical data on emerging and novel tools for ASD screening and diagnosis
    • Increased knowledge regarding the up-to-date evidence on clinical interventions for pediatric patients with ASD
    • Greater confidence in their ability to incorporate interprofessional strategies into adolescent psychiatric care

    • Increased knowledge regarding the recent clinical data on emerging and novel treatments for patients with schizophrenia
    • Greater competence related to integrating knowledge of metabolic comorbidities into treatment decision making for patients with schizophrenia

    • Increased knowledge regarding the advancements in treatment for postpartum depression
    • Increased knowledge regarding the impact of social and racial determinants on perinatal mental health
