You are the expert on your community. You know the issues and how policies and programs look on the ground, in the real world. Decision makers need to know what you know - in order to make the best decisions for your community. So, how you talk about what you know matters. It could be the difference between creating a partnership or facing a closed door. In this session, we will learn effective communication strategies from the FrameWorks Institute to ensure that you craft your messages as persuasively as possible.
