PASSPORTS
EVERYONE traveling must have a current passport with 6 months of validity left & with a blank page in it. Please ensure that the name on your passport matches the name on your airline ticket. The airlines will not let you board if they don't match (maiden name vs married name, a hyphen in your last name, etc). If you spot an error, contact our air team immediately.
If you do not have a passport, it is suggested that you apply now, and expedite the process as quickly as possible.

Air Booking
Round-trip airfare will be booked based on the information provided to us through the online registration link. Please do not book your own flight. Once your registration is submitted, it will be sent to our air team. The air team will reach out to you within 72 hours of completing your registration to confirm your travel itinerary. You will receive a separate airline confirmation after your ticket has been booked.
Customs Information
After Baggage Claim the last stop is Customs. A Customs official will request your Customs Declaration Form. You may be randomly selected to have your luggage examined.
After exiting Customs, you will go through two rooms. Be sure to avoid conversation with anyone in these rooms after Customs. They are time share representatives and are not affiliated with your trip. They may tell you they are there to pick you up, or that you need a confirmation number to proceed. Please disregard these and all other comments and walk to the outside of the Arrivals Terminal to the open air.
Ground Transportation to/from Cancun Airport
The main airport for Nizuc Resort + Spa is Cancun International Airport (CUN). Round-trip ground transportation will be provided for both you and your guest only on the main arrival & departure days for the program. You will be transferred in pre-arranged vehicles with local event staff that are knowledgeable of the area.
Once you have made it outside the terminal, please look for staff where a red polo shirt holding a sign with our company logo. Our airport staff will help you with your luggage and escort you to your ground transportation.
For departures, you will receive a departure notice on Wednesday to your room. This will state your departure date & time from the hotel. Please note we allot the recommended amount of time for travel to the airport, checking your bag & getting through security.
Ground Transportation for Extending Pre-/Post-Program
If you elect to extend your stay outside the program dates (Tue May 17 – Fri May 20, 2022), please make note in the registration field. Transportation for your pre &/or post-dates will be your responsibility to secure & pay for. Ground transportation will only be provided on the group arrival day (Tuesday, May 17th) & group departure day (Friday, May 20th). Your stay may be extended for up to three nights before and/or three nights after the program dates at a rate of $495 per night plus applicable taxes and resort fees.

Nizuc is located approximately 10-15 minutes away from Cancun International Airport (CUN).

To assist us in booking, please note special requests that include preferred flight times and airline of choice. Please note any special requests in the notes section. Every effort will be made to accommodate your requests, however, cannot be guaranteed.
Changes/Upgrades to Flights
All flights will be booked in economy class and any changes to seating or upgrades need to be made through our air team. Your flight will be booked with the information provided during registration. Please note, seat changes are limited. Please also note that upgrades to different seats or business/first class will be your responsibility to pay for.
