May I bring a guest?
Porsche will host one room for you and your guest. Your guest must be 21 years or older.
Attire
Dress at Nizuc Resort + Spa and in the surrounding areas are resort casual/resort chic. Suggestions for Resort Chic include Men in trousers and a collared shirt or polo shirt, no shorts. Women in a sun dress, skirt, or pants. Here are some recommendations based on the schedule of events:

Extending Pre & Post-Program
If you elect to extend your stay outside the program dates, please make note in the registration field and email Aubrey Tran at atran@helmsbriscoe.com. Aubrey can help with extension availability at Nizuc Resort + Spa. All extension dates will be based on hotel availability at the time. You will be responsible for the additional hotel room nights, as well as any increase in airfare due to the extended stay. Ground transportation will only be provided on the group arrival day (Tuesday, May 17) & group departure day (Friday, May 20) between the resort + airport. Your stay may be extended for up to three nights before and/or three nights after the program dates at a rate of $495 per night plus applicable taxes and resort fees.
Food, Beverages, Incidentals and Tips
While on-site at Nizuc Resort + Spa, Porsche will be hosting all your meals. Gratuities for all hotel bell-staff, maid service and transportation have been prepaid. Tipping on food & beverages on your own is not included. You will be responsible for any incidental expenses while at the Resort. They include, but are not limited to, items purchased from the gift shops, in-room minibar, laundry services and movies.
While on property, Porsche has decided to take part in the all-inclusive plan at the resort. Here is what is included in the plan:
Breakfast buffet at Café de la Playa Restaurant for guests at leisure during operation hours or pre-established breakfast menus at private events
Lunch at resort restaurants (Endless Indulgence menus will apply) during operation hours for guests at leisure or pre-established menus at private events
Dinner at resort restaurants (Endless Indulgence menus will apply) during operation hours for guests at leisure or pre-established menus at private events
Snacks at beach and pool areas during operation hours for individual guests at leisure
Alcoholic drinks from 11:00 to 23:00 hrs. by the glass
Non- alcoholic beverages (soft drinks and mineral water)
Pool attendants service in the resort's swimming pools
All gratuities & services fees
Daily resort fee (includes butler gratuities, daily refreshment of in-suite Nespresso coffee, bottled water and tea, wireless internet, beach and pool server gratuities, golf cart internal transportation, and non-motorized water activities (kayak, paddle board, guided snorkeling tour to the reef)
Weather
The Mexican Caribbean averages hover around 85°F with the chance of humidity due to the lush mangroves and nature reserve. The evenings cool to the mid to upper 70s.When you pack for your travels take the temperatures into consideration. Possibly bring a light jacket for the evenings to be safe as some of our evening functions will be outside.
What To Pack
We highly recommend you pack at least one change of clothing and any personal items including medications in your carry-on luggage. We also encourage you to bring a jacket or sweater as the weather can be lower in the evenings.
Will I incur any tax liabilities for attending this event?
Yes – all attendees will have to complete a W-9 while onsite at the event. This form will be submitted to the PCNA tax department and taxable portions of the event will be included on a 1099 for the 2022 tax year.
Is there an ATM on property?
Yes – there is an ATM on property at NIZUC.
Where is the nearest doctor's office or hospital?
The NIZUC property offers a doctor on call. Should you need medical assistance during the program, please contact the event team and we will be able to assist you with getting the proper medical attention needed.
Is the water safe to drink?
Yes – the resort utilizes filtered water and filtered ice for all beverages on property. They will also offer bottled water throughout the hotel if you feel more comfortable with a bottled beverage.
