What precautions are being taken to prevent the spread of COVID-19 at the meeting?

The safety of all attendees is our top priority. We are closely monitoring CDC guidelines, state and federal mandates, and health safety measures put in place by the hotel.

All attendees will be required to be vaccinated.


Are COVID vaccines required to attend the 2022 District IIADM?

The safety of all attendees is our top priority. ACOG requires all attendees be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 prior to arrival at the meeting. While not required at this time, we strongly encourage attendees to receive booster shots if eligible. 


When and where is the 2022 District II Annual District Meeting (ADM)?

Join us in Brooklyn, New York, September 23 - 24, 2022 at the New York Marriott at the Brooklyn Bridge to reconnect with colleagues and the ACOG community. Is the 2022 ADM virtual or in-person?

We are thrilled to welcome attendees back to a live, in-person meeting experience in Brooklyn, New York.


Is there going to be a live stream option available? 

ACOG District II’s 2022 ADM is designed to be an in-person meeting experience and we encourage attendees to join us in Brooklyn.


How do I become a member of ACOG?

What is appropriate meeting attire?

Business casual attire is recommended for this meeting.


How many CME credits can I obtain at the ADM?

This meeting has been approved for 9.75 continuing medical education credits.

How much does it cost to attend?

You can find fees on the ADM registration page. Early-bird pricing is available through July 5, 2022.

 


What is the cancellation policy?

The deadline to cancel or make changes to your registration is July 30. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after August 1. Any cancellations received in writing prior to July 30 will receive a full refund minus a $50 processing fee.

Housing & Travel

Does ACOG provide discounts on hotel accommodations?

All registered attendees will receive a discounted room rate of $294 a night at the New York Marriott at the Brooklyn Bridge. Click Here to book your stay.


What is the easiest way to get to the hotel?

If you take the train into Penn Station:

  • You can take an Uber, Lyft or any other ride share option and it will take about 20-30 minutes (depanding on traffic) and cost about $40 (prices subject to change).

If you take the Subway:

  • There are 4 Subway stops near the Marriott at the Brooklyn Bridge:
    • Hoyt St – 6 minute walk
    • Jay St – Metrotech – 8 minute walk
    • Hoyt St-Schermerhorn St – 10 minute walk
    • Borough Hall – 13 minute walk

If you fly:

  • JFK is the closest airport to the NYC Marriott at the Brooklyn Bridge
