Travel Advisory

Due to the global COVID-19 disease outbreak, the CDC recommends that any person who is considered "high risk" for contracting the virus avoid traveling to an area where the COVID-19 virus is ongoing. Please visit the CDC website for the most current information regarding any travel notices. This page is updated frequently based on the current status of the virus.

Cancellation Policy

In the event you are unable to keep your reservation, please email your official cancellation to the RAC Franchise Summer Retreat Hospitality Team at info@racsummerretreat.com at least (5) business days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation charge.

Cancellations within (5) business days of arrival are subject to a cancellation charge of (1) night’s room and tax. All registration fees are also non-refundable within the (5) business day cancellation period.

Responsibility Policy

RENT-A-CENTER FRANCHISING INTERNATIONAL, INC. (RACFI) and/or BRIGHTSPOT INCENTIVES & EVENTS, INC. (BRIGHTSPOT) and their respective parent, subsidiary, and affiliated companies, maintain no control over the personnel, equipment, or operations of any air, water, or surface carrier, ship line, bus or limousine company, transportation company, resort, restaurant, or other person or entity furnishing services, products, or accommodations as part of the trip because all these suppliers are independent contractors. RACFI and/or BRIGHTSPOT, and their respective parent, subsidiary, and affiliated companies shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, expense, accident, delay, inconvenience, or irregularity which may be caused or contributed to

(1) by any wrongful, negligent, or unauthorized act or omission on the part of any of these suppliers or any of their agents, servants, employees, or independent contractors,

(2) by any defect in or failure of any vehicle, equipment, instrumentality, service product or accommodation which is owned, operated, furnished or otherwise used by any of these suppliers,

(3) by any wrongful, negligent, or unauthorized act or omission on the part of any other person or entity not under the direct control of RACFI and/or BRIGHTSPOT, respectively.

During the trip, the participant may have the opportunity to participate in various optional activities, such as water sports, and other athletic activities, excursion and/or side trips. RACFI and/or BRIGHTSPOT, and their respective parent, subsidiary, and affiliated companies, shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, expense, accident, delay, inconvenience, or irregularity arising out of or relating to said participation.
