GROUP REGISTRATION DISCOUNT
When three (3) or more individuals register together, each one saves $15 on registration fees. Please have names and emails ready during the registration process.

If you are an organization and would like to purchase 10+ registrations on behalf of your team, please contact ACMA for additional discounted pricing and receive a special code to share with your team to use in registration.

REGISTRATION PROCESSING & CONFIRMATION

Registrations received without full payment prior to the deadline for Early or Regular pricing will not automatically qualify for the discounted rate. The applicable rate will be assessed at the time full payment is received. Registrations received without payment will not be processed until payment is received.

PRIVACY POLICY & MARKETING ACTIVITIES

By submitting your email address as part of your conference registration, you agree that ACMA may send you case management and/or conference related information. Per organizational policy, ACMA does not rent or sell contact lists.

Attendees are prohibited from distributing materials or otherwise marketing themselves or businesses at the conference unless they are a paid exhibitor. This applies to all areas of the conference facility, including the exhibition areas, session rooms and break areas. Paid sponsors and exhibitors may exhibit in the exhibition area and must limit marketing activities to their designated area (confines of their booth) or other paid sponsorship event.

ACMA reserves the right to use any photograph or video for general marketing purposes taken at any event sponsored by ACMA without expressed written permission.

CANCELLATIONS

No refunds will be given for cancellations or no-shows. Prior to the conference, registration fees may be transferred to another participant by notifying ACMA in writing of this request. Registration fees may not be transferred to another event. If ACMA membership is included in the attendee's registration, that membership will remain with the initial attendee and is not transferable. If a conference is rescheduled or provided in a different platform (i.e. virtual) the attendee’s registration will automatically be transferred to the new date or platform. LIABILITY WAIVER

ACMA reserves the right to substitute an equally qualified speaker in case of an emergency or cancellation. ACMA makes no endorsements of any presentation or product and have no duty of due diligence with respect to presenters, exhibitors, or sponsors.
