COVID Policy

Caring for the safety and well-being of our attendees is CAMPUT’s most important priority. Our team is working diligently and coordinating with officials to ensure a safe environment. Should the event have to be cancelled due to pandemic related issues, we will hold all registration fees in trust and we will work to host the event, either in person or online, within a 12 month period. If a virtual event is held, you will receive a partial refund of your registration fee. If the event is cancelled entirely, then a refund will be issued, less an administration fee.

CAMPUT will adhere to Ontario Ministry of Health requirements and Queen's University requirements, as they apply. The current Queen's University requirements include proof of vaccination (2 doses), screening, and the wearing of medical grade masks. Although these requirements may change, all attendees must be prepared to show proof of vaccination, if that is required at the time of the program. If you are denied entry due to lack of proof of vaccination, no refund will be provided. We will keep registered attendees informed about requirements and will post updated information on this website.
