A special room rate is being offered to guests attending our symposium; attendees must first register to attend the symposium to receive an email registration confirmation with hotel reservation instructions.

Room Reservations must be booked prior to the cut-off date: Thursday, July 22, 2022.
Reservations received after the cut-off date will be accepted on a space-available basis only and the prevailing rate may change. 
The rate has changed to $199 per night.

PLEASE NOTE: If a hotel reservation is not cancelled within the hotel's cancellation policy or if a guest no-shows,  the hotel charges SCPMG. This fee will then be charged to the credit card used to register for the symposium.
