47th Annual Irving M. Rasgon, MD
Family Medicine Hybrid Symposium
August 19 - 20, 2022
You are invited to join us for this informative, collegial, and practical symposium, designed with your needs in mind. Don’t miss this excellent opportunity to learn, connect, and refresh!
The 2022 Symposium agenda offers 10 topics for all attendees to gain practical approaches to address common challenges in day-to-day Family Medicine practice. Plenary topics: psychiatry, kidney, virtual medicine, and post-acute SARS-v2 COVID. Livestreamed topics: Eldercare, USPSTF, HNS/inner ear, Thyroid, Asthma, and Pediatrics. The agenda also offers 3 additional topics for in-person attendees in hands-on workshops: Wound Care, MSK/Joint Injections, and Cardiology/EKGs.
Interactive formats will enhance your learning experience, through case-based polling, facilitated discussions about practice barriers, and ample time for open Q&A in all livestreamed sessions. In-person workshops will give hands-on practice with techniques and deeper dive into clinical decision-making.
This 1.5 day hybrid live course includes an opportunity to support resident scholarly work during the virtual poster exhibit, and celebrate colleagues recognized as Family Medicine Physicians of the Year. Networking opportunities invite you to meet new colleagues, reconnect with friends from other service areas, and return to practice with renewed confidence and inspiration.
An optional ABFM KSA will be available after the symposium, on Saturday afternoon. This is a wonderful opportunity to meet MOC Part 2 requirements in a collegial and fun learning activity.
Thank you and we look forward to enjoying the symposium together with you!
