LEARNING OBJECTIVES


At the end of this activity, learners will be able to:

  • Family Medicine: Incorporate efficient new approaches to workup, diagnosis, management, patient education, and/or referral for patients with common acute and chronic conditions -- anxiety/depression, asthma, PASC, and specific kidney, thyroid, and inner ear conditions --using evidence-based medicine
  • Telehealth: Use time-saving tips and tools to excel at providing emotionally connected high quality care in the virtual world
  • Workshops: Address personal gaps in assessing and managing common MSK complaints, wound care issues, and/or chest pain or palpitations in the FM clinic
  • Populations: Improve equitable care by addressing needs of specific patient populations across the lifespan and recognizing/mitigating provider bias in context of cases discussed
