WHAT TO EXPECT
Benefits of Participation:
Save time, enjoy collegial group learning, and pass the 60 knowledge questions for the American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM) Maintenance of Certification Part II Knowledge Self-Assessment (KSA) Module on Behavioral Health.
Format:
This session is conducted in an interactive group setting with educational support with active group participation using audience response methods, and discussing expert and peer understanding of current evidence.
The goal is to achieve a common consensus in answering these questions. The group process enhances learning and retention of current medical information. At the end of the session, faculty will input the 60 answers for the whole group.

Maintenance of Certification Part II credit:
Participants who are enrolled in ABFM’s Maintenance of Certification program can access a copy of the Behavioral Health module from the ABFM website (www.theabfm.org/moc).
After this session, participants may do the patient simulation online however this is not required. Those who complete the ABFM KSA will receive credit toward ABFM’s Part II requirement for Maintenance of Certification.
