Attending the National Conference will grant you a 6 point allocation toward your CPD (Continued Professional Development) Program.
The Certified Parks and Leisure Professional (CPLP) certification is the Australian national benchmark for industry professionals. The certification is based on your experience in the field and assessed by an international board of industry leaders who look at your knowledge, skills, and abilities in Asset Management, Landscape and Amenity Horticulture, Operations and Maintenance, Project Management, Resource Management, Business Acumen, Supervision, Interpretation and Education, Public Health, Leadership, and Recreation. CPLP is valid for three years from issue and in the three-year span, you must maintain Parks and Leisure Australia membership and complete 30 hours of Continued Professional Development.
