• This program does not accept University of Rochester CME Voucher Awards as registration payment.
• A limited number of discounted rates are available for students, residents and fellows. Please contact Daniela Elliott for further information.

If paying by check, make checks payable to: University of Rochester. Mail payment with a copy of your confirmation e-mail to: University of Rochester, Institute for Innovative Education, 601 Elmwood Ave., Box 709, Attn: Daniela Elliott, Rochester, NY 14642.

CANCELLITION POLICY: 

• Up to 30 days prior to workshop: 100% refund minus $200 administration fee
• 30 to 14 days prior to workshop: 50% refund or may apply full balance to a future workshop
• 14 days prior: no refund but email Daniela Elliott for clarification.
• No show- no refund.

COVID-19 and Refunds:

• Anyone who is prevented from traveling internationally due to border closures will get a full refund, or if they prefer, apply the payment to a future workshop. 
• Chapin Mill Retreat Center requires that ALL attendees are fully-vaccinated. Participants will have to show proof of vaccination on or before arrival at Chapin Mill Retreat Center, as they will not permit entry to any attendee who is not fully vaccinated. No refund will be given if participants do not satisfy this requirement.
• Within 48 hours of arrival, all attendees are must take a COVID test (PCR, antigen, or at-home test) and ensure a negative result before arriving to the workshop.
