Notification of cancellation must be done in writing to acvr@pamedsoc.org. The benefits provided to meeting sponsors start immediately upon payment or receipt of purchase order. No refunds will be given for any cancellations of a sponsor within 30 days of the meeting start date.
In the event of cancellation by the Sponsor (other than because of any restrictions enforced by COVID-19 government regulations), the following cancellation fees will apply:

60 – 89 days (July 21, 2022 – August 19, 2022) | 50% of totel fee |
30 – 60 days (August 20, 2022 – September 18, 2022) | 75% of total fee |
After September 18, 2022 | 100% of total |
Requests for cancellations or reductions in exhibit space must be made in writing to acvr@pamedsoc.org.
Refunds will be made in accordance with the following schedule:
