CANCELLATION POLICIES

SPONSORSHIP CANCELLATION


Notification of cancellation must be done in writing to acvr@pamedsoc.org. The benefits provided to meeting sponsors start immediately upon payment or receipt of purchase order. No refunds will be given for any cancellations of a sponsor within 30 days of the meeting start date.


In the event of cancellation by the Sponsor (other than because of any restrictions enforced by COVID-19 government regulations), the following cancellation fees will apply:

Cancellation Date Cancellation Fee
More than 90 days (July 20, 2022) 25% of total fee
60 – 89 days (July 21, 2022 – August 19, 2022) 50% of totel fee
30 – 60 days (August 20, 2022 – September 18, 2022) 75% of total fee
After September 18, 2022 100% of total

 

EXHIBITOR CANCELLATION OR REDUCTION IN SPACE

Requests for cancellations or reductions in exhibit space must be made in writing to acvr@pamedsoc.org.
Refunds will be made in accordance with the following schedule:

Cancellation Date Cancellation Fee
More than 90 days (July 20, 2022) 5% of total fee
30 – 89 days (July 21, 2022 – September 18, 2022) 25 % of total fee
After September 18, 2022 100% of total fee 100% of total fee
