Mobile App Sponsor—$10,000
Our wildly popular app gives one sponsor the opportunity to be in the hands of attendees throughout the meeting. Sponsor receives their own button on the homepage and a scrolling, clickable ad to direct to a chosen webpage. (Features are subject to change based on
mobile application provider)
Navigation Sponsor—$7,500 no longer available
Pave the way to the ACVR sessions, work with ACVR to design floor graphic stickers to guide attendees around the meeting.
Keynote—$6,000
Make an impression on attendees by sponsoring one of the specialty keynote presentations.
Attendee Tote Bag—$5,000 no longer available
Given to every attendee upon meeting check-in, attendee tote bags serve as a walking billboard during and long after the meeting.
Lanyard—$5,000 SOLD OUT
Given to every attendee upon arrival and worn throughout the meeting, lanyards contain name badges and schedules. Every meeting attendee is recognized onsite by wearing this co-branded item.
Hotel Key Cards—$5,000 no longer available
Once a meeting attendee checks into their room at the Silver Legacy hotel, they will receive their ACVR and sponsor co-branded key card.
Welcome Reception—$5,000
Make a great first impression by welcoming attendees to the meeting. Sponsor logo may be prominently displayed on onsite signage, digital media, and reception napkins.
Exhibit Hall Power Hour—$5,000
Be there to close out the exhibit hall experience with this fun, engaging happy hour event where attendees explore the hall and take advantage of access to goods and services provided by a variety of vendors. Sponsor name or logo on signage and napkins.
Conference Stationary—$3,000 no longer available
Opportunity to provide co-branded writing pads and pens.
Sub-Specialty or Society Member Luncheons—$2,500
Support the sub-specialty or society members by sponsoring their luncheon! Luncheons are scheduled for 90 minutes, one hour for the meeting and 15 minutes for the sponsor to address the attendees. ACVR will assist in meeting attendee RSVPs. Sponsor is responsible for cost of food and beverage for lunch. *Availability subject to sub-specialty or society meeting schedule.
Morning Coffee Break—$2,500
Help attendees refuel mid-morning by supporting a quick pick-me-up with a cup of Joe and an am treat! Special signage at break station.
Afternoon Snack Break—$2,500
Help attendees recharge for the afternoon by supporting an afternoon refreshment break designed to put a pep in attendees’ steps. Special signage at break station.
Product Roundtables—$5,000*
One hour luncheon for sponsor product presentation. Sponsor is responsible for organizing and payment of food, beverage, and audiovisual needs.
