A FEW EASY STEPS

Step 1: Reserve Your Hotel Stay

Choose which resort/location you’d like to visit from the options listed in the section below. Book directly through the booking link. You will need your voucher number that was included in your invitation email. After submitting your request, you’ll receive a confirmation email from the hotel for your stay. If you have questions during this process, you can contact our hotel reservations team at incentives@playaresorts.com. Travel must be completed no later than December 31, 2023.

Step 2: Register Your Trip for Flights

After you receive your hotel confirmation, click the “Book Flights” link at the top of this page and complete the form. You will need the hotel booking confirmation number from the email you received. Be sure the dates you are requesting for flights match the dates of your hotel confirmation because once booked, you will not be able to change your flights. You will then be contacted by a MMI Flight Coordinator. Flights must be requested no later than November 30th, 2023.

Step 3: Confirm Your Flights

You will receive an email from your MMI Flight Coordinator with your flight options.
Please review them for accuracy, and then work with your MMI Flight Coordinator to confirm and book your flights.

Step 4: Enjoy Your Trip!

HOTEL OPTIONS

As a replacement for your Sydney trip, you will receive a voucher for a five (5) night stay at one of the following properties! Hotel stays will be booked on the following link using the certificate number that was provided to you in your invitation email.

Please note:

Some destinations may not be available depending on your departure city or Country and whether or not you have a US TRANSIT VISA. If you DO NOT have a US TRANSIT VISA, you may have to change your destination. (non-US citizens only)
When booking during peak season, there may be a possibility that the airfare is not going to be available. You need to be flexible and change your hotel reservation to accommodation available airfare.
This package is a 5-night resort hotel and airline ticket only package. It does not include airport transfers or hotels in transit.
Due to the fact that your travel may be months away, please reconfirm your flights directly with the airline, at least 24 hours before departure. Flights can change and you need to be aware of this before departure.
AS ENTRY REQUIREMENTS change constantly, depending on nationality and destination, it is YOUR responsibility to make sure you have all your paper work and shots, visas needed for entry. If you are denied boarding due to not have your entry requirements in order, your ticket is nonchangeable.
