12:30 PM to 2:00 PM Eastern Time
We invite you to join The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) for a free virtual education program designed for patients, families, and caregivers. Participants will gain an understanding about myeloma epidemiology, signs and symptoms, diagnosis, blood cancer and COVID-19, and survivorship.
Which treatment is the best? This webinar will cover the latest advanced treatment options from drug or radiation therapy to high-dose chemotherapy, among others, including impact and possible side effects. Supportive care recommendations for patients and families will also be provided to ensure improved physical and mental health outcomes, as well as quality of life.
Working to ensure that all patients have access to quality, affordable, and coordinated care, participants will be introduced to a variety of free education and support resources provided by The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. This includes Financial Assistance, Nutrition Consultations, Peer-to-Peer and Caregiver Support, engagement in your local LLS community, and more! We encourage you to invite your caregiver and family members.
