ADA INFORMATION
For those with ADA requirements, please register at least twenty days in advance of the event date for ADA accommodations. We make every attempt to accommodate the needs of all our conference attendees, and in order to give us the best chance possible of being able to ensure that we can make this as successful a conference as possible for you, we would like as much time as possible to make the arrangements.
VIDEO & AUDIO CONSENT
URMC will take photos/videos of attendees throughout the conference. These photos/videos are for URMC use only and may appear on the URMC website, newsletter, conference brochures, social media outlets, or other future URMC promotional material. By virtue of your attendance, you agree to usage of your likeness in such media.
