First night's deposit will be due upon reservation confirmation.
Parking Fees: $21 self-parking/$40 valet.
Hotel room reservation can be changed or cancelled up to five days prior to arrival.
For official attendees in the LSCU Room Block, the room type and rate will be honored for three days before and after SCUCE dates - based on availability.
Cancelling Hotel Room Reservations:
If you have a hotel room reservation you want to cancel, please contact us at education@lscu.coop.
If credit unions or vendors make cancellations in our room block direct with the hotel, those hotel rooms may go back into the open reservations (and likely will not reflect the original LSCU room rates).
Hotel room reservation can be changed or cancelled up to five days prior to arrival.
For official attendees in the LSCU Room Block, the room type and rate will be honored for three days before and after SCUCE dates - based on availability.

Tax Exempt Information:
- Completed DR-14 (tax exempted certificate) is required upon arrival from the Department of Revenue of the State of Florida. Hotel charges tax and will reverse on the bill.
