Bob Harper is an American industry-leading fitness trainer, health expert, and motivational celebrity speaker well-known for his role working as a trainer and host on NBC’s popular reality TV show The Biggest Loser. He is also recognized as a popular celebrity trainer and has become one of the most credible and sought-after motivational experts on television, books, with personal appearances on Access Hollywood, Entertainment Tonight, Inside Edition, CNN Live, The Tonight Show, The Ellen DeGeneres Show, and as a member of Core Team Oz on The Dr. Oz Show. His work has also appeared in publications including Men’s Fitness, Men’s Health, Entertainment Weekly, Oprah Magazine, US Weekly, and People magazine.

A three-time #1 New York Times best-selling author, he also has his own line of popular workout DVDs and an online fitness programs showcasing his trademark brand of fitness and nutrition integration that leads to lasting lifestyle transformations which has cultivated a devoted following of clients and fans. Harper has also been recognized for his efforts by the former first lady, Michelle Obama, as he helped create and promote her "Let's Move" campaign.

In February of 2017, Harper suffered from a near-fatal heart attack. Since, he has redoubled his efforts to educate and enlighten fans about nutrition and its role in building and sustaining health. He works to spread awareness about balancing diet and being heart healthy.

Bob retains a wide reach in today’s work of fitness and nutrition and remains an industry-leading fitness and health guru well known for his optimistic outlook, practical advice, and gregarious demeanor.
