Our top priority is the well-being of all those involved with FORUM 2022. Here is what we are doing to protect your health so you can focus on getting the most out of your time at FORUM 2022.

Vaccination Requirements

US SIF is committed to making the conference as safe as possible for all; therefore, vaccines are required for all attendees, sponsors, staff and vendors. US SIF will require attendees to show proof of receiving two doses of Moderna or Pfizer or one dose of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine, with the last vaccination administered at least two weeks before the start of the conference. Boosters are not required but are recommended.

US SIF is partnering with CLEAR Health Pass to manage vaccination credentialing for all attendees. Your conference registration confirmation email will include a link to download the CLEAR app and confirm your vaccination status. International attendees will be asked to present their vaccination card or photo of the card to US SIF registration staff for verification.

We encourage you to watch this short video explaining how CLEAR Health Pass works and what you will need to do to verify your identity and vaccination status. Your CLEAR Health Pass must be completed before you arrive at registration. Once on-site, you will only need to show your Health Pass verified status on your phone to US SIF registration staff to receive your badge. Your badge will serve as proof of vaccination throughout the conference.

 

Mask Policy

A decision on whether or not to require all attendees and Hyatt staff to mask at the conference will be made closer to the event dates, taking into account CDC recommendations and New Mexico requirements at the time of the conference.

 

Outdoor Areas

The Hyatt Tamaya Resort & Spa was selected as our hotel this year in part due to the abundance of outdoor areas available to our attendees. 

We will have dedicated outside space for certain meals and receptions, weather permitting. We also encourage you to enjoy recreation time in the afternoon. The grounds of Tamaya offer walking and biking trails, a stable to visit, poolside areas and beautiful views to enjoy.

International Attendees

International attendees will be asked to present their vaccination card or photo of the card to US SIF registration staff for verification.

Currently, all international air passengers coming into the United States, regardless of vaccination status, must show a negative COVID-19 test taken no more than 1 day before travel to the United States.

 

Registration 

In-person attendees must complete a waiver and release of liability as part of registration, signaling your understanding and agreement to all COVID-19 requirements at the time of registration and possibly again before the start of the conference.

Please note that all attendees must check-in and pick up their own badges at registration. Due to safety measures and vaccine verification requirements, you will not be allowed to pick up a friend or colleague’s badge. Badges must be worn at all times to gain admittance to US SIF functions.

 

Notice to Attendees

We encourage all attendees to take a rapid antigen test before departing for New Mexico for your peace of mind.

Please do not attend if you are sick, tested positive for COVID-19 in the last 10 days or are waiting for the results of a COVID-19 test.

If you develop symptoms of COVID-19 while in attendance, please notify conference staff immediately so we can facilitate testing and medical care if needed.

 

Updates to Protocols

US SIF acknowledges that this situation is still evolving. We will continue to monitor and update safety precautions for our conference to stay consistent with CDC recommendations and New Mexico guidelines at the time of the conference.
