5:30 PM to 7:00 PM Eastern Time
Please join LLS for a free virtual education program for patients and their families. Participants will learn about the importance of sleep, nutrition, and physical activity regarding blood cancer patients.
Participants will gain a better understanding of sleep disorders and sleep hygiene, nutritional habits, and a healthy diet, as well as discuss the value of staying physically active. The program will cover the importance of all three areas of health while also describing healthy habits participants can start implementing at home.
There will be several opportunities to ask questions to Hannah Daigle and Mandy Holliday during the Q&A session. Additionally, participants will learn about the resources available in their community and those provided by The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. We encourage you to invite your caregiver and family members.
