Transportation:
Hourly coach transfers from Cairns Airport to the Pullman Hotel will be operating on Sunday 21 August to meet arrival flights at the following times:-
- 12.00pm
- 1.00pm
- 2.00pm
- 3.00pm
- 4.00pm
Hourly coach transfers from Pullman Hotel to Cairns Airport will be operating Wednesday 24 August for the departing flights at the following times:-
- 7.00am
- 8.00am
- 9.00am
- 10.00am
- 11.00am
- 12.00pm
If you are arriving and departing on dates other than the above dates when coach transfers are offered, please make your own way to and from the hotel.

Partner Tickets:
If you would like to bring your partner to the social functions and activities but not the conference sessions, a limited number of partner tickets are available at a cost of $650.00 each.
Included in the partner ticket is attendance to:
- Gala Dinner on Sunday evening
- Activities on Monday afternoon
- Finale Dinner on Tuesday evening
Monday Evening:
This year we're encouraging our insurer partners to arrange to host dinners on Monday evening at various venues throughout Cairns.
