The last two years have truly been challenging. We are excited to offer you a conference that’s dedicated to your wellness. Designed to help you thrive and achieve your personal well-being goals, this event brings together many well-regarded experts, speakers, and authors in the wellness arena to deliver evidence-based lectures which will be informational, experiential, and focused on helping us tend to mind, body, and spirit.
In addition:

• Your significant other is welcome to attend the conference sessions with you at the same, discounted rate.
• Exhibitors were carefully selected for the value they can add to your experience.
• The Omni La Costa Resort, Carlsbad was chosen because of its family friendly reputation and because it provides a wonderful backdrop to focus on wellness, fun and collegiality.
• Lots of optional activities have been planned for you. Consider registering for golf, movies, wine/food-pairing dinners, yoga, boot camp, a special Friday night reception, and more.  (Some require an additional registration or fee.)

COVID-19 GUIDELINES

All in-person registrants must be fully vaccinated and boosted in order to attend this in-person event. COVID-19 vaccination status will be confirmed using the information previously received by KP to comply with the vaccine mandate. No additional authorization or uploading of documents is required for internal SCPMG physicians or KP SCAL employees. Non-KP attendees will be required to submit proof of vaccination in advance as part of the registration process (file/image upload).
