At the end of this activity, learners will be able to:

  • Identify behavioral rules, traditions, and rituals that lead to stress, burnout, and turnover
  • Create a personal action plan for reducing stress and burnout
  • Contribute to a culture shift to improve retention, performance, and patient care
  • Utilize mindfulness-based techniques to improve brain health and mental well-being
  • Design an exercise program to maximize health and well-being.
  • Identify the most common sleep disorders and build appropriate interventions
