PRE-CONFERENCE ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS - Air Arrivals Prior to Tuesday, April 12
DFW INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT:
Upon arrival to DFW International Airport, exit the secure area of the airport
and proceed to the baggage claim assigned for your flight.
After claiming baggage, proceed to the lower level.
Shuttle service to the Marriott DFW Airport North is complimentary and available on request.

CONFERENCE ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS - Air Arrivals on Tuesday, April 12 and Wednesday, April 13
DFW INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT
Upon arrival to DFW International Airport, exit the secure area of the airport and proceed to the baggage claim assigned for your flight.
After claiming baggage, proceed to the lower level.
Greeters will be located at two exit points on the LOWER LEVEL (LL) of each terminal.
Please proceed to the location closest to your arrival and/or baggage claim.

At each designated meeting point, a Remington Airport Greeter holding a REMINGTON sign
will advise the next bus departure time and direct you to the
pre-arranged transportation to Marriott DFW Airport.
DALLAS LOVE FIELD AIRPORT
Hotel shuttle service is not available at Dallas Love Field Airport.
Please use Uber or Lyft for transportation to the hotel and include cost on your expense report.

Be sure to note the number of miles driven and submit with an Expense Report immediately following conference.
All Expense Reports must be submitted for approval by Friday, April 22, 2022.
Any expenses sent beyond then will NOT be reimbursed.
You will be reimbursed at $0.585 per mile and for reasonable food expenses during your drive.

Sponsors will be responsible for their own transportation to and from Dallas, TX.
Ground Transportation in Dallas
Sponsors will be responsible for their own transfers to and from the airport.
Uber / Lyft / Taxi is recommended.
The Marriott DFW Airport North is located about 10 minutes from DFW airport
and about 30 minutes from DAL airport.
