Remington Sponsor Trade Show
The Remington Sponsor Trade Show will be held at the Marriott DFW Airport North
on Wednesday, April 13, from 12:00 to 3:00 pm.
Sponsors will be permitted to set up their allotted 6' x 6' trade show spaces
between 7:00 - 11:00 am on Wednesday, April 13.
Booth breakdown and return shipment packing must occur
at 3:00 pm on Wednesday, April 13.
Each sponsor company showcasing in the tradeshow will be offered the following, if required:
(1) 6' table
(1) or (2) chairs
(1) power connection
Sponsors will be responsible for all initial shipping and return shipping costs or materials disposal.
Any vendor items left behind in booth space will incur disposal charges back to that vendor.
Shipping Instructions:
ALL items being shipped to the hotel MUST arrive between Friday, April 1, 2022 and Sunday, April 10, 2022.
