Ken Graham is the National Hurricane Center Director for NOAA’s National Weather Service (NWS). Previously, he led the NWS Weather Forecast Office in the New Orleans/Baton Rouge region as the Meteorologist-in-Charge with responsibility for providing life saving forecasts and warnings to people living in the weather-vulnerable Gulf region.
Kevin Guthrie has more than 30 years of experience in Public Safety and Emergency Management in the state of Florida, including 14 years of experience dedicated to emergency management.
Ms. Deanne Criswell was unanimously confirmed by the Senate on April 22, 2021 as the 12th Administrator of the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). Ms. Criswell is the first woman confirmed to serve as the Administrator, where she leads the nations efforts in helping people before, during, and after disasters. She brings with her an extensive career in emergency management with over 27 years of experience at all levels of government and the private sector.
Casey Tingle serves as the Director of the Governor’s Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness and was appointed by the Governor on October 21, 2021. He is responsible for directing in all aspects of the agency’s homeland security and emergency and disaster preparedness and response for the State of Louisiana.
