Conference venue

The ICMIF Centenary Conference will take place in the Michelangelo Ballroom which is located on the lobby level of the Rome Marriott Park Hotel. This area is easily accessed from the main lobby of the hotel.

ICMIF and our host Gruppo Unipol have negotiated a very competitive rate at the Conference hotel, the Marriott Park Hotel, with breakfast, internet use and entrance to the fitness room all included in the ICMIF bedroom rate.

Brasserie Restaurant for lunch & dinner

This signature restaurant showcases well-known Italian dishes, including spaghetti carbonara, risotto, fish and meat dishes, prepared in an open kitchen. La Brasserie provides a casual atmosphere and a panoramic terrace overlooking the outdoor pool.

Lobby lounge

This elegant area serves a lighter menu for breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner. Room service is also available 24 hours a day.  

Fitness centre and spa (open depending on Covid restrictions)

The hotel offers residents complimentary use of a fully equipped health club and indoor pool.

The spa area offers an extensive range of luxurious treatments which are bookable in advance (including soothing massages, beauty treatments, sauna and steam room).

The fitness centre is open 24 hours, seven days a week.

Bedrooms

Guest rooms are spacious and stylish, air-conditioned, decorated with handcrafted furniture and with both a marble bathroom and a shower, a work desk and chair, coffee/tea making facilities and a mini bar.

Check-in time at the hotel is from 15.00 and check out time is 12.00. Early check-in and late check out at 14.00 may be possible (subject to availability).

Please note that the local tax is EUR 6,00 per person per day. 

Please note that delegates are kindly requested to book their own accommodation directly with the hotel using the web-based reservation system. Credit cards are required at time of making a reservation but are not charged until departure or if the reservation is cancelled or in the case of a no-show.

Cancellation policy of the Marriot Park Hotel

We advise that you check the terms and conditions of your hotel reservation at the time of booking, making special note of details on hotel cancellation fees in case you need these in the future. At present the cancellation policy is as follow:

• Cancellations received up to 30 days prior to the date of arrival will be free of charge
• Cancellations received between 29 and 15 days prior to the date of arrival, will incur an indemnity equal to one night’s accommodation. 
• Cancellation received between 14 days prior to arrival will incur cancellation charges equal to the entire stay (as well as no-shows or early departure).

• From 3 to 5 hours EUR 8.00
• From 5 to 8 hours EUR 10.00
