Dr. Castillo's clinical program runs a series of prospective clinical trials using non-chemotherapeutic regimens, and has developed several multi-institutional efforts to study Waldenström's macroglobulinemia. He serves as a member of the NCCN panel for Multiple Myeloma, Systemic Light Chain Amyloidosis and Waldenström's Macroglobulinemia. His work has been published in New England Journal of Medicine, Lancet Oncology, Journal of Clinical Oncology, and Blood.
Adam Lang, MSW, LCSW
Adam Lang, MSW, LCSW is a clinical social worker at Dana-Farber's Waldenström's and Multiple Myeloma programs. Originally from Milwaukee, WI, Adam obtained his Master's in Social Work at Boston University and has worked with individuals and families affected by hematologic as well as lung cancers. Adam's clinical interests include trauma-informed care, mindfulness-based approaches to stress management, and ensuring equitable access to quality care for all patients.
