TARGET AUDIENCE
This activity is intended for optometrists who provide primary care optometry services, including but not limited to medical optometric services.
EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVES
At the conclusion of one or more of the proposed activities, participants will be better able to: 1. Diagnose and treat dry eye, meibomian gland dysfunction and blepharitis using the latest technologies and treatments. 2. Evaluate the best ways to monitor and treat glaucoma using the latest technologies and treatments. 3. Discuss the new ways optometrists can manage retinal diseases using the latest technologies and treatments. 4. Understand how to screen and treat patients with presbyopia in a clinical setting 5. Review best practices for myopia management and treatment through hands-on workshops 6. Outline oculoplastic options in optometry.
