Booth Fees & What's Included:

Exhibit Booth Space Fees per space:

  • CSFC Partner Booth:  $725
    (must also sign up for a Partnership)
  • Non-Partner Booth:  $995

Your booth includes access to education, networking and all meal functions in addition to:
(1) 5 amp Electrical Outlet
(1) 6ft draped table + (2) chairs
(1) Trashcan
(1) Complimentary Staff Registration Badge per booth space

(All exhibitors must be badged - additional staff badges will be available for $275 each, limitations apply

Beyond booth space, CSFC Partners receive year-round benefits and opportunities. Become a partner and increase your brand recognition while broadening your reach. Partners can share information and promote products. See the full list of benefits below. 

Partnership Levels:

  • Platinum - $5,175

  • Gold - $3,100

  • Silver - $1,575

  • Contributing - $525

Exhibit Space Terms and Conditions:

  • Exhibitors that participated in Fire Leadership Challenge 2022 have priority to secure exhibit space by March 1, 2023
  • After March 1, 2023, all remaining exhibit spaces are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
  • All booths include (1) complimentary badge registration per 8 x 10 booth.  Additional staff badge registrations will be charged the discounted full conference exhibit badge rate of $275.  
  • All booths may include one standard 120v/5amp electrical outlet
  • Upon completion of booth registration, CSFC will send a booth space confirmation by June 15, 2023.
  • All Booth's requesting an invoice must be paid in full Net 30 days
  • All Booth payments must be paid in full by July 15, 2023.  After this date, any booth with an outstanding invoice will be released.
  • All staff badge registrations must be completed online by September 22, 2023
  • Exhibitors agree to not hold any ancillary events that conflict with official FLC 2023 education, networking, or other conference activities.
  • Exhibits shall not exceed the designated drape line outlining their exhibit space for width and height.
  • Exhibit Space Refund Policy:  All booths canceled on or before August 18, 2023, will receive a refund on booth space(s) less a $100 administrative fee.  There will be no refunds for booth space(s) canceled after August 18, 2023.
  • Exhibitors tearing down prior to the published Exhibitor move-out time, will be subject to a $300 fine and lose priority booth space privileges for 2024.
