The 2022 FSR Technical Conference is unique in that the week-long curriculum will be delivered three times, in three Conference Sessions, during the month of March. This affords alignment with current health and safety protocols while simultaneously allowing more FSR’s to attend without any sacrifice to their local dealer support.
Each Conference Session is Monday – Friday, 8am to 5pm every day. Registrants should plan travel accordingly, arriving the Sunday before and arranging travel home after the Conference is completed.
When registering, FSR will select only one of the three available Conference Sessions. Current capacity for each session is displayed within registration with an option to ‘wait list’ a registration if maximum capacity has been reached. Maximum of sixty (60) FSR’s per session.
‘Wait-listed’ registrants will be moved into the class only if cancellations occur; capacity cannot be expanded to accommodate participation exceeding stated maximum.
This registration confirms FSR attendance to one of the three Conference Sessions.
Each registrant is responsible for making his/her own airline and hotel arrangements.
A group rate has been established with the Residence Inn of Tyler with reservation links, unique to each Conference Session, available within this registration process.
Attendees are not obligated to stay at the Residence Inn. If lodging in a different hotel, attendee is responsible for any transportation to, and from, the factory to attend the Conference.
For attendees lodging at the Residence Inn, bus transportation will be provided to the Tyler Facility and back to the Residence Inn each day for class.
The entire RS Technical Support Team looks forward to this Technical Conference, seeing all of the FSR’s fostering knowledge and relationships.
While on the Tyler Campus we will be following all site Covid protocols. This could include mask wearing, social distancing and health screening.
A comprehensive curriculum, with focus on the new LINK communicating platform and the SYMBIO Light Commercial controls system, will be delivered across five full days for each session of the conference. Many more topics are included in the agenda to enhance FSR support capabilities including Advanced EEV and Defrost Diagnostics, ECM Motor Programmers (including new motor programmer), FSR Training Best Practices, Home Diagnostics, FSR Software Tools, Ductless, and more.
