Vision & Values Leadership Award

To highlight the Association of Independent School Admission Professionals’ core values and the overarching vision of our work, the Vision & Values Leadership Award was created to honor Andrew (Andy) Noel. For fifteen years, Andy served as Associate Director of Admissions and Director of Financial Aid at Choate Rosemary Hall in Wallingford, Connecticut. 

Since Andy’s passing in 2015, AISAP has awarded a person who continues to lead other admission and enrollment management professionals in developing and sharing best practices in the profession and who embodies the values of AISAP. 

The Vision and Values Leadership Award recognizes an AISAP member who has made a notable difference in colleagues’ lives in the admission and enrollment management profession.

Nominated individuals should:

  • Consistently abide by AISAP’s Ethical Behavior and Best Practices in Admission and Enrollment Management
  • Demonstrate contributions to advancing those in the profession through mentoring, teaching and or supporting their colleagues in the betterment of themselves in the profession
  • Utilize effective practices in advancing the work of admission and enrollment management efforts at their affiliated institutions and associations.
  • Demonstrates the guiding principles and fundamental beliefs of AISAP in its practice to support the profession. These values are:

    • Inclusive and Diverse

    • Ethical Behavior

  • Nominations must be received by May 22, 2022
