What is the cancellation/substitution/refund policy

How will I access the event?

This event will be live and in-person in Chicago. Sessions will not be recorded. We will adhere to the health and safety guidelines from the facility and local city and state health departments. Be prepared to wear a mask at times and carry your vaccination or test results with you as needed.

What is my AISAP membership status?

It is important to check your membership status before you complete the registration process to ensure you qualify for the reduced member rate. Please contact Ron Crampton or call 203-421-7051 to verify your membership. 

What is a cohort group?

We assign each Institute registrant to a small group based on some common characteristics emphasizing the importance of contacts, collegiality, and community of peers. Your group will meet during this event and throughout the year so you can keep the conversation going.
