Give and receive feedback that works!

OVERVIEW

Know your trigger and land your message

The word ‘feedback’ can strike fear in the hearts of all who are invited to receive it, but believe us, there is another way! Understanding our own feedback triggers that both challenges; how we see ourselves and who we think we are, can enable us to provide feedback messages more effectively and impactfully.

Understanding feedback is fundamental to both individual and organisational performance. It is, after all, the feedback receiver who has the power of whether they decide to do something with it, or not, and it is this decision which can drive culture, and ultimately financial success.

This webinar will answer the following questions:

  • How do I like and dislike to receive feedback and what beliefs does it trigger in me?
  • How can I reframe the term ‘feedback’, so it is heard and acted upon?
  • How can I deliver a clear and effective feedback message, so I don’t fluff it?
  • How can I create a culture of feedback, so it is actively sought and not dreaded?

Objectives

This webinar will cover:

  • An exploration of why being able to receive feedback is so important and what can get in the way of such important communication
  • Insight into the modern-day feedback research
  • Challenge and support to reframe feedback and how it is heard
  • Two practical feedback tools which can be used straight after the session
