LEARNING OBJECTIVES


At the end of this activity, learners will be able to:

  • Review the evolution and current management of orthopeadic procedures including new technology and minimally invasive techniques and apply as indicated to reach Zero Day Total Joints in the Ambulatory Setting
  • Implement quality, cost-savings initiatives, and the latest evidence-based medicine recommendations to influence practice behavior for each subspecialty
  • Raise awareness and promote positive culture change in orthopaedics
  • Include surgical pearls in clinical practice to improve outcomes, reduce morbidity and reduce reoperation rates / healthcare cost
