REGISTRATION PROCESSING & CONFIRMATION

PAYMENT POLICIES
Registrations received without full payment prior to the deadline for Early or Regular pricing will not automatically qualify for the discounted rate. The applicable rate will be assessed at the time full payment is received. Registrants will be automatically charged according to the registration status selected and will not be eligible for a refund in the event that the registration status was incorrect. For example: An ACMA member who registers as a non-member will be charged as a non-member.

All payments must be received by our office no later than Friday, November 4, 2022. After this date, outstanding registrations will be cancelled.

MARKETING ACTIVITIES
Solicitation of business, marketing and/or distributing advertising materials anywhere within the conference hotel and/or meeting facility by non-exhibiting corporate entities, attendees and/or other individuals is prohibited. Violation of this policy may result in being asked to leave the conference, forfeiture of registration fees and restriction from attending future events.

PRIVACY POLICY & MARKETING ACTIVITIES

By submitting your email address as part of your conference registration, you agree that ACMA may send you Case Management and/or conference related information. Per organizational policy, ACMA does not rent or sell contact lists.

CANCELLATIONS

Registrants who have paid and find that they are unable to attend may request a full refund, less a $100 processing fee, if it is more than 60 days prior to the event. Registrants will not receive a refund for non-attendance cancellations less than 60 days prior to the event. In addition, no shows will not receive a refund or credit. If the conference is rescheduled or provided in a different platform (i.e. virtual) the attendee’s registration will automatically be transferred to the new date or platform.

Refunds will be provided in the same manner in which the registration was paid. Approved refunds will be processed within 15 days of approval.

Prior to conference, registration fees may be transferred to another participant by notifying ACMA in writing of this request. Registration fees may not be transferred to another event. If ACMA membership is included in the attendee's registration, that membership will remain with the initial attendee and is not transferable. GUESTS

Sessions, events, and exhibits can only be attended by registered attendees. Name badge is required to enter all conference events, including the exhibit hall. Guest passes are not available. Children are not allowed at any of the conference events.
