Tasting Toronto: Gourmet Pairing Taste Tour

If you’ve ever wondered which food pairs best with beer, this is the tour for you! On this hand-crafted food and beer tasting experience, you’re on your way to becoming a pairing expert on a unique tour of three of Toronto’s top rated craft breweries.

You’ll be treated to a behind-the-scenes look at how craft beer is brewed, and you’ll sample flights of beer, paired with gourmet food tastings at each stop. Learn firsthand how artisanal cheeses, cured meats, other charcuteries and sweet treats can be enhanced by the unique flavours of craft beer – or vice versa! 

Your "Beer Captain" will lead you through the local artisanal craft breweries where you’ll get to hear some insider stories from the brewers themselves. You’ll be introduced to multiple styles of beer, and given direction about how to taste beer like a professional.

Over the course of the afternoon, you’ll sample a wide array of beers, so whether you prefer ales or lagers, IPAs or ESBs, light or dark beer, we have some exciting flavours for you to discover. You may even walk away with expert level knowledge to match your newfound, expert level love for craft beer!

Duration:
Approximately 4.5 hours. Depart from the hotel at 11:00am and return by 3:45pm.
