Toronto by Sky & Sea: Visit the CN Tower & Ripley’s Aquarium

Standing 553.33m (1,815.4 ft.) tall, the CN Tower is one of Toronto’s most famed attractions. Head to the top of the world in only 58 seconds! Six high-speed, glass-fronted elevators will give you a breathtaking view as you race upwards at 22km (15 miles) per hour!

From the recently redesigned LookOut Level, you’ll enjoy a potential 75-mile view featuring the best sights of the city. The floor-to-ceiling panoramic Window Walls and an all-new Glass Floor offer spectacular views of the Rogers Centre, Toronto’s Islands, Lake Ontario and, on a clear day, beyond to Niagara Falls.

Test the limits of your bravery by standing on one or both of the Tower’s famous glass-bottomed floors. The glass contains Thermochromic film as part of its structure, allowing the glass to adjust its darkness based on sunlight and external temperature, improving energy efficiency and making photo-taking easier.

The new Glass Floor has been installed directly above the original Glass Floor. This provides a dramatic, two-tier vertical view 346m (1,136 feet) straight down! So, one level down, you’ll not only find the original floor, but also the Outdoor SkyTerrace. Feel the breeze at 342m (1,122’) above the ground!

Once you’ve had your fill of the stunning vistas, you’ll lunch at 360, the Tower’s famous revolving restaurant with its outstanding, ever-changing view of Toronto.

Afterwards, you’ll be escorted over to one of Toronto’s most popular attractions: Ripley’s Aquarium of Canada, home to more than 16,000 exotic sea and freshwater specimens from over 450 species. Exhibits include tropical reefs, Atlantic and Pacific Ocean habitats, jellyfish, seahorses, stingrays and much more. If you’ve ever wondered what lurks beneath the surface of the Great Lakes and Canada’s surrounding seas, this is the activity for you!

The aquarium is designed to be fully interactive and there are open-air tanks where you can touch stingrays and other marine animals. You’ll also have the opportunity to go on a private “behind the scenes” tour where you’ll learn about the complex systems that keep this world-class aquarium running smoothly every day.
