for the

34th Annual EQ Technical Meeting

In Person with Virtual Option

Clearwater Beach was minimally affected by Hurricane Ian.  All conference events are expected to occur as originally planned.

Curtiss-Wright, Nuclear Division's EQ PowerSuite™, and the Nuclear Utility Group on Equipment Qualification (NUGEQ) will once again host the Annual EQ Technical Meeting November 9 - 11, 2022.

This unique Technical Conference is wholly dedicated to the EQ Discipline, and is attended by EQ Engineers, EQ Program Managers, Regulators, Vendors and Consultants from around the world. It truly is the singular place where the EQ Community meets, exchanges ideas, and solves common problems unique to the task.

This year’s meeting format will be more blended than past meetings. In the past decade or so we have normally dedicated Wednesday to EQ PowerSuite™ Topics, Thursday to NUGEQ Topics and Friday morning to International Topics. We are organizing this year’s agenda to focus on a few technical topics. Presentations from our international participants are still wanted and encouraged, but will no longer be segregated.

The conference is being offered and organized as an in-person meeting with a virtual option. Based on attendee feedback, virtual attendance will be accommodated much in the same manner as it was last year, but to gain full benefit from interactions with industry peers, we strongly encourage in-person attendance.

Attendees will hear presentations on industry best practices, events, products, and regulatory issues from vibrant, diverse, international speakers, with unique solutions to shared problems. We expect a full agenda that will still include at least one utility-only session. Please arrange your travel to attend through noon on Friday.

Presentation abstracts are currently being solicited for consideration of placement on this year's agenda. Abstracts should be uploaded no later than June 30, 2022. Click here to upload your abstract.
