Terms and Conditions
of Attendance and Participation

Health & Safety

UniGroup, in collaboration with vendors including the St. Louis Aquarium and the host hotel, are taking proactive steps to prepare for and mitigate against COVID-19. By registering for or exhibiting at the 2022 UniGroup Learning Conference in St. Louis, Missouri, you agree: 

  • To follow all local requirements and Aquarium and hotel policies regarding COVID-19. 
  • To notify UniGroup if you feel unwell or are exposed to someone with COVID-19 within two weeks of attending the meeting.
  • To wear a mask in accordance with hotel and local St. Louis City policies at the time of the meeting.
  • To practice social distancing as much as possible while at the meeting.

While not required, attendees are encouraged to take a COVID-19 viral test the day before departure.

Registration and Hotel Policies

Late Registration: Registration is open until 5 p.m. CDT on Thursday, Feb. 10. Anyone registering after this date will incur a nonrefundable $100 late registration fee.

Registration Cancellation Fees: Registration cancellations must be received by 5 p.m. CDT, Monday, Feb. 21. If cancellations are received after this time, the full registration fee will be charged to your respective agency statement or credit card as noted below. This fee is nonnegotiable and will be strictly enforced due to the extensive financial investment for this meeting made by UniGroup. 

  • $300 for agency leaders registered for only the preconference.

  • $850 for agency leaders registered for the preconference and Learning Conference.

  • $700 for those registered for only the Learning Conference.

No-show Registration Fee: For those registered who fail to attend the meeting and do not provide advanced notice, a standard registration fee will be assessed to your agency’s statement after the meeting, based on the following: 

  • $300 for agency leaders registered for only the preconference.

  • $850 for agency leaders registered for the preconference and Learning Conference.

  • $700 for those registered for only the Learning Conference.

Hotel Change, Cancellation and No-Show Fees: All hotel reservation changes and cancellations must be emailed to dawn_woodruff@unigroup.com no later than seven (7) days prior to your scheduled arrival. Cancellations made directly with the hotel cannot be guaranteed. Failure to provide seven (7) days’ notice and no shows will be treated as cancellations and will be charged one night's room and applicable tax per room. UniGroup will be assessed the charge and will charge the respective agency statement should this occur.

How to Make Changes: Hotel and registration cancellations and changes may be made through the registration website until Monday, Feb. 21, 2022 at 5 p.m. CDT. After this date, cancellations and changes must be emailed to meetings@unigroup.com. 

Event Terms & Conditions

Event: UniGroup reserves the right to make changes, restructure, postpone, or cancel the event without notice. If the program is not held for any reason, UniGroup’s liability is limited to the registration fee.

Payment Options: UniGroup has two payment options available. Attendees may provide a credit card at time of registration or elect to have their respective agency statement debited after the meeting.

Special Needs: If you have special dietary needs or require any special services or auxiliary aids in accordance with the Americans and Disabilities Act, please check the appropriate box during the online registration process and provide specific details to ensure your needs are met. 

Antitrust Statement: It is the express policy of UniGroup to comply at all times with all existing laws, including the antitrust laws, and in the furtherance thereof, this UniGroup Antitrust Policy shall apply to all activities and programs sponsored or conducted by or within UniGroup and is intended to minimize the risk of the appearance of any violation of the antitrust laws.

Photo/Audio/Visual Release: From time to time, UniGroup uses photos and/or audio/video of participants in public event spaces in our promotional and educational materials. By virtue of your attendance, you agree to the use of your likeness in such materials, including print and/or electronic media, without further notification or authorization.

You will be asked to place a checkmark by the following during registration: I have read and agree to UniGroup’s Terms and Conditions of Attendance and Participation for the 2022 UniGroup Learning Conference. By completing the registration on behalf of another individual, you warrant you have the power and rights to bind that individual to the above terms or have made the Participant aware of these terms and they have accepted these terms.
