Who Should Attend the Conferences
All Shareholders, agent principals and team leaders within each agency are encouraged to attend the preconference. There will be many discussions and activities agency team leaders not currently a shareholder will find beneficial.
For the Learning Conference, agent staff of all roles and responsibilities will find the networking and learning opportunities valuable. However, there are focused tracks for sales, operations, logistics, finance and move coordinators.
Registration Information
The registration fees for the 2022 Learning Conference and agency leader preconference are as follows:
• $300 for agency leaders who wish to attend only the preconference.
• $850 for agency leaders who wish to attend both the preconference and Learning Conference.
• $700 for those who wish to attend only the Learning Conference.
The registration fee includes general sessions, breakouts, social events and specified meal functions. Again this year, agents have the option to pay their registration fee via credit card during the registration process. If you do not select this option, the registration fee will be charged to your agency statement after the conference.
Deadline and Cancellations
The registration deadline is Thursday, Feb. 10. There will be a $100 late registration fee for any agents registering after this date. All registration cancellations must be received prior to the close of business on Monday, Feb. 21, 2022. If cancellations are received after this time, the full registration fee will be charged to your respective agency statement or credit card based on the registration chosen (preconference, preconference and Learning Conference, Learning Conference only). This fee is nonnegotiable and will be strictly enforced due to the extensive financial investment for this meeting made by UniGroup.

Standard Rooms: The rate per room per night is $152 plus taxes and fees in effect at the time of check out (currently 18.29%). This is a non-smoking hotel.

• A credit card is required at time of check in. The hotel will authorize your credit card for the room and tax of your stay.
• All rooms are guaranteed for late arrival by UniGroup.
• Check-in is 4 p.m. and check-out is 11 a.m.
• Requests for specific room types are subject to availability and not guaranteed until arrival.
• The group rates are valid Feb. 26-March 5.
All hotel reservation changes and cancellations must be emailed to Dawn Woodruff no later than seven (7) days prior to your scheduled arrival. Cancellations made directly with the hotel cannot be guaranteed. Failure to provide seven (7) days’ notice and no shows will be treated as cancellations and will be charged one night's room and applicable tax per room. UniGroup will be accessed the charge and will charge the respective agency statement back should this occur.
Overnight valet parking is $25 per day, self-parking is $20.
