About the Meeting

 

 

We are excited to announce the opportunity for agents to meet in-person, engage and network at the 2022 Learning Conference March 1-4 at the St. Louis Union Station Hotel. This year’s theme is focused on our vision – Together. Moving the World Forward. Business updates, an evening event, a leadership panel and keynote speaker Joe Theismann are planned. In addition to the Learning Conference, agent leaders are welcome to attend a preconference beginning Monday evening, Feb. 28 with a reception and ending with breakout sessions on Tuesday, March 1. 

*This year's Learning Conference is being planned as an in-person event. A live virtual option is not possible at this time. However, some segments will be videoed and shared post conference, and webinars will be held for specific groups, as needed. Additional information will be provided in the Weekly News.

Deadlines

 


Thursday, Feb. 10 — Registration ends at 5 p.m. A $100 late registration fee will go into effect after this date and time.

Monday, Feb. 21 — All registration cancellations must be received prior to the close of business.

After 5 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 21 — Registration cancellations received after this date and time are not eligible for a refund. A full registration fee will be charged to your respective agency statement after the meeting, based on the registration below:

  • $300 for agency leaders registered for only the preconference.
  • $850 for agency leaders registered for the preconference and Learning Conference.
  • $700 for those registered for only the Learning Conference.

Seven days prior to arrival at hotel — All hotel reservation changes and cancellations must be emailed to meetings@unigroup.com. Failure to provide seven (7) days' notice, including event non-shows will be treated as cancellations and will be charged one night's room and applicable tax per room. UniGroup will be assessed the charge and will charge the respective agency statement should this occur.
