Is there a car rental on property?

There is not a car rental location on property. 
 
There are a number of rental car locations available at the St. Louis Lambert International Airport.


What are the transportation options from the airport to the hotel?

Transportation to the hotel will not be provided by UniGroup or the hotel upon arrival. The hotel is approximately 15 minutes from the airport. If you are flying into St. Louis Lambert International Airport, the following transportation options exist:
 


What are the transportation options from the hotel to the airport or home office on Friday?

Transportation will be provided from the hotel to UniGroup and from UniGroup to the airport only on Friday, March 4. The schedule will be announced closer to the conference. 


What are the driving directions from the airport?

Get on I-70 East. Head southeast on Airflight Drive toward the Main Terminal. Use the right lane to merge onto I-70 East via the ramp to St. Louis. Merge onto I-70 East. Take the Interstate 70 exit. Keep right to continue on Exit 249B, follow signs for Tucker Boulevard/Downtown/St. Louis. Keep left to continue on North Tucker Boulevard. Turn right onto Biddle Street. Turn left onto North 14th Street. Turn right onto Market Street.

What is the attire for daytime meeting activities?

Attire for daytime meeting activities is business casual. Keep in mind, meeting room temperatures and personal comfort ranges vary from person to person so you may want to bring a sweater or jacket.
 


What is the attire for the Luau in the Lou event at the St. Louis Aquarium?

Dress in your favorite beach or tropical attire* and come ready to enjoy the evening under the sea at the Luau in the Lou event at the St. Louis Aquarium. 
*Please dress for the professional setting. 


What is the average temperature in St. Louis for Early March?

Average temperatures for St. Louis for early March are a high of 55 degrees and a low of 36 degrees.

How do I register for the conference?

All registrations will be completed online. If you are ready to register, please click the registration link on the top of the page. If you need assistance during the registration process, please contact Dawn Woodruff.


When is the registration  deadline?

The registration deadline is Thursday, Feb. 10 at 5 p.m. CDT. There will be a $100 late registration fee for attendees registering after this date.


How do I make hotel reservations?

All hotel reservations and changes must be made within the UniGroup meeting registration system. To modify a registration, you will need the email address you used to register and the reference number you received via email after registering. If you need your reference number, please contact Dawn Woodruff. If you have changes, please modify your registration information prior to close of business on Feb. 21, 2022. Is there a meeting app or do you have maps of the hotel?

We will release an app nearer to the conference, but if you'd like to familiarize yourself with the hotel, click here for a map of the meeting rooms. 

Is there a virtual option to the general sessions and breakouts?

*This year's Learning Conference is being planned as an in-person event. A live virtual option is not possible at this time. However, some segments will be videoed and shared post conference, and webinars will be held for specific groups, as needed. Additional information will be provided in the Weekly News.

    Will there be an exhibitor bingo this year?

    Please be sure to stop by our valued exhibitors who help make the conference possible. If you visit all of the exhibitors and turn in your bingo card prior to 1 p.m. Thursday, March 3, you'll be entered in a bingo prize drawing for cash prizes. 
     

    What are the nearby dining options?

    For those evenings attendees will enjoy on their own, below are a few nearby dining options.

    Will the Grand Hall bar be open?

    The Grand Hall bar will be open daily from 4-11 p.m. They offer bar bites until 10 p.m. and just rolled out a new menu.
