During the pandemic, we shared COVID-19 safety best practices with agents. With these same guiding principles in mind, we are working hand-in-hand with the hotel and other key vendors to make necessary preparations and create a safe space according to the CDC guidelines.
Below are the actions UniGroup and the host hotel is committed to taking, and expects vendors and attendees to do the same. In addition, there are a few helpful resources for both before and during your stay.
We will continue to monitor the ever-changing situation and update this page as needed.
Please note: The event is in-person and there will not be a virtual option.

Here is a quick overview of a few adjustments to the services, amenities and facilities available during your stay.
Tests, Masks, Hand Sanitizer, Temperature Checks
While not required, attendees are encouraged to take a COVID-19 viral test the day before departure. There will be a limited amount of self-tests available for attendees at the conference should they like to test.
The hotel will not conduct temperature checks on guests.
The hotel will follow CDC and local authority guidelines. CDC guidelines, as of January 2022, encourage all vaccinated and unvaccinated individuals wear masks in large groups while indoors in areas of high transmission. As of Jan. 13, 2022, the City of St. Louis is under a mask mandate, meaning masks must be worn inside public venues such as hotels and restaurants. There will be a limited amount of masks available for attendees. Masks will also be required during the UniGroup Open House.
Hand sanitizer stations are available throughout the hotel. Attendees are also encouraged to bring their own.
Social Distancing
UniGroup is committed to operating our event safely. Attendees are encouraged to social distance where possible and refrain from physical touching such as handshakes, hugs and fist bumps.
Vaccinations
UniGroup does not require vaccinations for attendees, but we strongly recommend attendees get vaccinated and the booster shots if they are able to do so. UniGroup respects certain health issues and religious beliefs may prevent some attendees from being vaccinated.
Feeling Unwell or Exposure
Attendees should notify UniGroup if you feel unwell or are exposed to someone with COVID-19 within two weeks of attending the meeting. This goes for both prior to and after the conference.
If you become ill during the conference, please let a UniGroup staff member know. They will work with you and the hotel to determine the next steps. If within driving distance, the guest may be encouraged to leave the hotel.
We encourage all to review the latest updates and COVID safety regulations prior to departure.
