Air Travel

When you register, you will have the opportunity to enter your preferred flight details. We will do everything possible to accommodate your requests. Once registered, you will be contacted via email within three business days with a flight itinerary for your review and approval. Please double-check the spelling of both your and your guest's names on the itinerary to ensure it matches your government-issued IDs or passports.

An email response is required within 24 hours of receipt, acknowledging that you have received the airline schedule. Upon your approval, the airline ticket will be issued.

Traveling to Hawaii - United States Citizens 

Begining March 26, the state of Hawaii will allow domestic travelers to visit without any COVID-19 related documentation and without the need to quarantine. 

Traveling to Hawaii - Non-United States Citizens

Begining March 26, international visitors traveling to Hawaii from overseas will still need to be vaccinated and show proof of negative COVID-19 test taken within one day of their trip, in line with federal rules. 

There are no additional State of Hawaii requirements for passengers flying directly into Hawaii from an international destination. The airlines will screen passengers prior to their departure to the United States. International passengers entering the United States from another state or territory will be treated as domestic travelers when entering the State of Hawaii. These passengers must be fully vaccinated and provide a negative COVID-19 test from a trusted testing partner taken no more than 24 hours prior to their final flight leg departure time. Passport Information

If you are traveling to Hawaii internationally, you will need a valid national passport for entry. It is recommended your passport be valid for six months beyond your return travel date. Depending on your country of origin, the required validity may be different. Please check your passport's expiration date.

For United States citizens, a valid government-issued ID is sufficient for travel. 

Ground Transportation

We will provide round-trip ground transportation to and from the Kona International Airport (KOA) to the Mauna Kea Beach Hotel, during program dates. Upon arrival, you will be met in the baggage claim area by the transportation staff holding a sign with the LogicMonitor 2022 President's Club Trip logo. More information will be provided in your pre-trip package.

Hawaii observes Hawaii Standard Time (HST) year round. When it is 12:00pm (Noon) in Hawaii, it is: 
New York (Eastern) - 5:00pm
Austin (Central) - 4:00pm
Denver (Mountain) - 3:00pm 
Santa Barbara (Pacific) - 2:00pm
London (British Summer Time) - 10:00pm
