COVID-19 Duty of Care & Event FAQ

What is guidED’s Duty of Care policy?
As an elevated safety measure, we recommend that attendees be double vaccinated or have a negative COVID-19 test up to 48 hours before arrival.

We ask that if you are feeling unwell, to please not attend the event.

If I do not feel well prior to the conference, what are my options?
We are an inclusive organization and will ensure you have exclusive access to the recorded event after the conference.

Am I required to wear a face covering?
Face coverings are not required during the guidED event (unless mandated in the region at the time of the event). Please feel free to make your own decision regarding face coverings. We want all attendees to feel safe and comfortable. Please note that our speakers will be lecturing without masks so as to not interrupt the experience of the live event.
